Training one or two of your employees regarding SEO
is getting to be very important.
In today's highly competitive era, companies keep
adding products, making changes etc. and consequently websites undergo
frequent change.
More often than not, an outside vendor does the
website design and maintenance and very often, their knowledge of SEO is
very poor.
If that designer makes design errors that can ruin
your company's ranking with search engines, you will never come to know.
The intelligent thing to do is to have one (or more)
of your employees trained in SEO basics. That way, they will be able to
specify to the web page designers as to what they need to incorporate
(and what to avoid) etc.

It does not take much time - just one day (6 - 8
hours) of training.
It does not require any specialised knowledge of web
design. No HTML knowledge or search engine knowledge is required.
At the end of this training, your employee(s) would
be able to SEO analyse your own website, detect problem areas,
etc. They would also be able to evaluate the web design work vis-a-vis
SEO etc.
The cost of such an SEO training program is Rs. 3000
per employee per day.
